Labor Day is our national holiday for paying tribute to all of those who have worked so hard to make this country what it is today. It is only fitting that the menu today is not your typical all-American fare, but Italian, as a nod to one of the many nationalities that has brought so much to this melting pot of a culture we call The United States.

Chef Robin White has reached out to two culinary friends to contribute to this menu, which is dedicated to GRILLING and FRESH & LOCAL!

The Menu

Steven Raichlen

Chef Robin’s friend, Steven Raichlen, has just come out with his new book, Man Made Meals: The Essential Cookbook for Guys. Steven, a grill-master extraordinaire as well noted in his Barbecue!
