.
We have a few places for members on the walls on The Daily Basics Who’s Who to shine. With the exception of videos, we request that the guest feature or post be original content that has never been published publically before. If you would like to rerun it elsewhere, we only ask that you wait a period of one month and credit back to us where possible.
- A feature article: A meaty article that shows off your expertise. (500-1000 words). Features should include at least 2-3 high quality photos. If in addition there are at least 5 more photos, they can be submitted to be in a slide show within the article. Please try to include at least 3 bullet points in your feature.
- A Blog Post: Today’s Basics, a short snippet of something fun, current, newsy or something you are doing that you want to shout out about! (Not more than 500 words)
- An Events Calendar. If there is something cool happening on your site or perhaps someplace you will be, you can get onto our calendar for the whole world to see.
- Videos- Videos in any of our categories are always exciting. If an event has passed but you want to share it on video, let us know about it!
Email (whoswho@thedailybasics.com) us the following information:
?
- What is you field of expertise?
- What do you want to contribute?
- Is it time sensitive?
- Is there good photography available.
- OR, if you have a completed piece, send that along.
You may introduce or include products with links, but no direct sales promotion pieces will qualify. If you can keep in mind that we don’t sell but share news, values and ideas. We are interested in making you a part of ‘the conversation’.
We will let you know if your submission is accepted.
We reserve the right to edit final articles in order to adjust to the presentation and standards of The Daily Basics.com
